Feedback form is now closed.
In this session, we will explore principles of movement that move from one activity to another and help students better understand how they can be stronger and more athletic by reducing the chances of injury. On the surface, the astonishing variety of human movement can seem quite complex. In fact, unraveling all these functions is more direct than one might think. This session is designed to facilitate the understanding of complexity and variability, the common language of fundamental positioning that unify all human movements. Here are the topics we will discuss: - Prevent and rehabilitate common sports injuries - Review your movement patterns and express the most effective physiology of your body - Identify, diagnose and quickly correct inefficient movements that deprive power and strength - Develop strategies that restore the function of your joints and tissues.
