Fractions - Yikes!!! A word lots of students don't like to hear! Fractions are so important in the teaching many concepts in math. It goes well beyond a numerator and a denominator or the number of pieces in a circle! How can we make this concept more meaningful and understandable for students? How can we make it engaging?
