This workshop will introduce, and walk attendees through, the important process of strategic planning. Various strategic planning theories and processes will be discussed as a group. Delegates will reflect on their current practices, identify goals and develop an action plan. Course delegates will leave this workshop with the tools, know how and confidence to return back to their respective schools and begin the process of creating a comprehensive strategic plan for their program.
