It’s taken me over 20 years to create MINDFITNESS Workouts (Mindfulness + Fitness) which is a revolutionary approach to fitness where we connect your body and mind through movement and breath. Getting into shape is like building a house. First you have to lay down the foundation and build a stable solid base and then you can progress from there. Far too often training becomes all about getting your heart rate up high and pushing yourself to lift heavier weights without proper form, resulting in injury, having to stop activity and eventually get treatment. I’ve seen this pattern over and over again. With proper training and mindful movement you can go back to and continue to do the things you love to do. During this session I focus on building a strong stable solid base, functional movement patterns with an emphasis on correcting body imbalances, proper form, posture and addressing weaknesses which often lead to injury. Coming together online is a safe and super fun way for us to connect, get into shape and leave you feeling energized, refreshed and grounded as each session also ends with a meditation.
