This session is designed for School Leaders who are interested in discussing pressing issues in school leadership including (1) PLCs and CRMs: Improving Effectiveness and Best Practices in Schools (2) Leaning into hard conversations for school growth - What does that look like in our schools? (3) Effective Instructional Leadership Observation Practices and Conversations - Best Practices and (4) Growth Mindset for Schools. Join WRSD administrators to collaboratively (in an ed-cafe style) discuss these best practices and collaborate while discussing important leadership questions around these topics. This session is relevant for grades K-12. To make this session most meaningful for attendees, if you have questions that you would like to discuss during this session, please email lara.jollymore@wrsd.ca with suggested topics. We will also create a collaborative email discussion thread for the session prior to conference, so if you would like to participate in the preparation of this leadership ed-cafe session, please email lara.jollymore@wrsd.ca.
