Join Dr. De Mello to learn about the challenges and realities of embedding practices that centre equity, diversity and inclusion in your every day work and leadership. Understand the ways in which you can meet and know your community so that you are seen as an ally by parents, students and community members, while still acknowleging institutional and societal limits. Dr. De Mello will offer tips on the importance of authenticity in DEI leadership and the value of a meaningful apology.
