The workshop shows teachers practical new ways to organize their classroom to accommodate supplies as well as the artwork done by students. It introduces different art techniques with special focus on three-dimensional media: clay, soapstone, and papier mâché. Teachers will learn: • how to begin an art programme • how to organize their regular classroom, one medium at a time • how to start small and build on what they have • how to teach specific art techniques.
